By accessing or using the TasklyPro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including homeowners and service providers.

2. Description of Service

TasklyPro is a matching platform that connects Canadian homeowners with local home service providers. We are not a party to any agreement between homeowners and service providers, nor are we responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. We serve only as an intermediary to facilitate introductions.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Canada to use TasklyPro. By submitting a request or application, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Homeowner Responsibilities

As a homeowner using TasklyPro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your service request
• Communicate respectfully with matched service providers
• Honor appointments and provide reasonable access to your property
• Arrange payment directly with your service provider
• Not use the platform to solicit services for illegal purposes

5. Provider Responsibilities

As a service provider on TasklyPro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your provider application
• Hold all required licenses, certifications, and insurance for your services
• Deliver services in a professional and workmanlike manner
• Treat homeowners with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities

6. No Employment Relationship

Service providers on TasklyPro are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of TasklyPro. TasklyPro does not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by service providers.

7. Disclaimers

TasklyPro makes reasonable efforts to vet service providers but cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any service. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that we will be able to match every service request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TasklyPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, services rendered by providers, or any third-party actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid TasklyPro, if any.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes via email where practicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
